We don’t normally give refunds if you simply change your mind or make a wrong decision or don’t read the conditions on the website.
You can choose between a refund (minus 10% for administrative and service charges and minus the delivery fee) or exchange where goods are faulty, wrongly described, different from a sample shown to you or damaged.
Please retain your receipt for proof of purchase. (the PayPal receipt is fine).
Goods will need to be returned at the buyers expense.
Personalised gifts (ie bibs, name letters, room signs) can not be returned.
